Native of Mexico City, Monica is equally at home with both classical concert music and operatic repertoire. She has captivated audiences with her talent, taking her to sing and perform in many stages in Mexico, Europe, and the United States.
Monica studied at the National Conservatory in Mexico City. She has specialized studies in Opera at the New England Conservatory in Boston, MA. She has participated in Opera Programs in Tel Aviv, Israel and Montreal, Canada.
Monica is a very authentic and complete artist, has a very selected working team, talented musicians, crative fashion designers, event producers and stage directors that make her performances unique and suitable for exclusive events such as cultural, diplomatic, fashion, social, between others.
Opera and musical theatre roles and partial roles have included “Eliza” in My Fair Lady, “Ellen” in Miss Saigon, “Narrator” in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, “Cosette” in Les Miserables, “Musetta” in La Boheme, “Norina” in Don Pasquale, “Suzel” in L´amico Fritz, “Blanche” in Dialogues of the Carmelites, “Iphigenia” in Iphigenia in Aulid, “Susana” in Marriage of Figaro, “Frasquita” in Carmen, “First Lady” in Magic Flute, and “Lucia” in Lucia di Lammermoor, among others.
