Description: Official NESSI Website // NESSI is the German singer Nessi Tausendschoen with Canadian guitar player William Mackenzie and they have released their first CD together in 2008 entitled HIDE AND SPEAK.The CD is a minimalistic blend of jazzy, folky, rootsy tunes with a European flavor naturally. The CD contains 12 original songs and 3 covers.They are based out of Cologne, Germany and started writing songs together in the 90..s and performed in such diverse paces as India, Brazil, Europe and Canada. Nessi Tausendschoen has already released 6 CD..s in her native Germany. She has recorded jazz, classical, and chanson songs in German, English and French.She is known in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with her award winning Kaberet solo shows performed on TV, radio and in theaters. William Mackenzie also performs with the Billy Bob Buddha Band all over Europe and they have recorded 2 CD..s.The CD Hide and Speak was recorded on Salt Spring Island BC Canada and Cologne Germany and post production in Berlin.They have some great guest musicans like Canadian recording artist Harry Manx and Canadian guitarist Kevin Breit (Nora Jones Band).The CD will be available in shops soon.
