Million Can Man - Real Charity Sought; Generosity Optional

Description: Times are tough. My eternal bleeding optimism in these hard times has me collecting 10-cent deposit cans here in Detroit, Michigan. Being old and having no Pension and probably no chance of Social Security, the immediate goal is to go China to pursue a backpacker's tour while performing English Conversation webcasts. The hope would be to generate an income commensurate with a career. If it falls short, then take whatever donations can be accumulated and spend time in a country with retirement possibilities where living is more affordable than the US with a warmer climate. If one-tenth of Michigan's population were to each give me just one can, I'd meet this goal. It would be a testament to real charity, too.
