Description: The Iraqis Rebuilding Iraq Programme (IRI) is designed for expatriate Iraqis with professional and successful backgrounds to undertake short term assignments in Iraq. It was created by the Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation of Iraq, in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme and the International Organization for Migration. The programme targets those needs identified by Iraqi ministries which are deemed essential for the reconstruction and development of Iraq.
